Everett's new band "Laugh At The Fakes" have posted 2 new song on their website at http://www.laughatthefakes.com. The band is playing their CD release show at Lee's Palace on Friday July 15th. Their debut album will be called "One Night Only."

APE 3 song EP to be released soon

Although their hasn't been much news on the APE front lately, Everett and Galen are excited to be releasing a new APE 3 song EP very soon (hopefully within the month). The band will be releasing material they recorded back in April and May of this year. APE has been through a lot in the last two years. 2009 saw the band do a cross-country tour, release their first full length album "Survival Of The Fittest" and their first music video "It's Not" (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cs17_GcR1_s) along with many flattering reviews posted on the net for the bands debut album. 2010 however, has been more of a struggle for APE both internally and externally. While waiting months for some of the shit to settle, APE's two founding and only remaining members; Everett Mason and Galen Weir will release the bands new CD soon. A release date has not yet been set but it is expected the new CD will be pressed within a month. With no APE shows booked and with no timetable on when APE will take the stage again their have been rumblings about Galen and Everett embarking on side projects during the bands downtime.

A year later and kickass reviews of "Survival Of The Fittest" keep on coming in.
